1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items without unboxing proof

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Product Notice

Please note that the product FingerFlex Hand Gloves is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons.

Once the order is placed and delivered, we do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges

We request customers to carefully review the product details before placing an order.

In case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video & product images
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

4. Return Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.
  • Charges may vary depending on location and product type.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
